The project was administered by Prime Ministry, JK International constructed this project with the collaboration of Turkish cooperation and coordination agency (TIKA-SIYAH KALEM) comprised the construction of a school with 32 classrooms and 200 bed capacity dormitory and infrastructure and landscaping work.

The project executing by Siyahkalem with the collaboration of JK International in 2011 in 5 different flood affected regions of Pakistan .The overall project included more than 4,000 residential units , 10 schools ,3 medical centers , 5 mosques, 6 social facilities and overall infrastructure and landscaping works within the site boundaries.

Siyahkalem started developing the 50 bed capacity hospital in jun 2012 with the collaboration of JK international and completed in less than 300 days. The project compromises of 56 bed capacity patient ward, polyclinics, 28 bed capacity emergency service, 2 operating theaters, 1 emergency operation theater , 12 bed capacity (ICU), maternity ward , 2 x-ray rooms,1 ultrasound room , 1 ECG, 1 tomography, 1 mammography, 1 MR , laboratories etc.
